Note: WebGL Build has performance issues. Windows build is recommended.

A procedurally generated trading puzzle game about a merchant traveling to make the most money by the end of the trip.

Developed the inventory system for organizing irregularly shaped items in a puzzle-like manner. Designed procedural generation of the overworld map and spawning of items and events.

Single person project, but I used various assets from online. Every asset I used is linked below.


How to Play:

The core gameplay loop is to select nodes to progress, each node is a market or an event.

In the market, players buy and sell items from their inventory and the value of items differ from market to market based on the other four stats listed on the item.

LMB to select an item and pick it up or place it.

R to rotate the item to help fit it.

Picking up/placing an item in the market will buy/sell it.

Pressing CONFIRM will either process event or end the market depending on what node the player is on. You will need to press confirm twice to close an event, once to process your decision and resolve rewards, and another time to actually close it.

You are scored at the end of the game based on the amount of gold you have while items in your inventory contribute less.
